Eating Moroccan is only the beginning
A dinner at the Maison can start with the starters, move through the slow cooking of a tagine or a couscous and end with mint tea. But what stays with you is also the way the time of the table is accompanied.
Food experience · Milan
Maison Touareg is made for those who look in Milan for a dinner with an identity: Moroccan cuisine, atmosphere, service and small rituals that are part of hospitality. The experience comes from the sum of these elements, not from scenery built to amaze.
Moroccan cuisine in Milan since 2017.
Couscous, tagine, bastila and mint tea.
Awards: Cous Cous World Championship 2024 and Foodish 2025.

Those looking for a special restaurant, an ethnic one or a food experience in Milan do not necessarily want to try something exotic. They may simply look for a different, authentic and well-kept dinner. Maison Touareg competes on that ground: the quality of the evening, not the label.
The dining room, the details, the service and the tea are part of the same experience as the cuisine. The Maison wants to evoke Morocco without turning it into a caricature: a cosy, recognisable and lived-in place.
Since 2017 the Maison has been written about by the press, guests and television. The 2024 couscous world championship and Foodish in 2025 are important awards, but the restaurant’s authority comes above all from the continuity of its work.
